• Raised $1.7 million for a prepaid card program start-up via partnership with a Miami based TV channel. Seed money based on forecasts of program's income, card issuance, and prognostication of revenue per cardholder. In addition, managed 5 direct resources as part of start up.
• Led negotiations for EZCorp with Western Union (WU) in $7 million deal which included $2 million in incentives. Subsequent to closing, key project manager for implementation of WU across EZCorp's +1200 retailer network.
