Artificial Intelligence (AI) Consulting. This included; AI strategy & Roadmap, AI Readiness Assessment, defining
future ‘target’ state, assisting in AI recruitment, Data (e.g. labelling , structured, unstructured) and Identifying
potential ‘automation’ use cases.
• Working with an accounting firm looking to build out their UK capability pre-IPO. Built their TOM design /
implementation and Go-to market (GTM) strategy.
• Responsible for business development for an offshore staffing company focussed; startup that achieved
$10,000 per month in 3 months. This included company startup TOM and go-to market strategy. Talent sourced
from India.
• Development of the go-to strategy for a payments gateway company that has been issued an Open banking
licence by the UK regulator The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Activities - ProServe Commercial Team (UAE Head of Delivery) – First Abu Dhabi Bank, iLa (ABC Bank) and NBD
• Designed the TOM for Delivery at AWS ProServe Commercial portfolio (greenfield) across the UAE, Saudi,
Oman, Jordan & Bahrain. Responsible for overseeing delivery of between 25 and 40 projects simultaneously,
including; Advisory (Product Ideation & Development), AI/ML, IoT for connected factories, Complimentary
Workshops (Working Backwards, Strategy & LRP) and Development of Features for AWS Services. Developing
and building the engagement management practice. The TOM supported all of this delivery.
• Management of financials for portfolio, resource onboarding/ resource management, planning & customer
management. Total delivery value of $5.8 million dollars in 11 months (consultant resource only).
• Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) average of 9.85 out of 10. This is the highest CSAT average across the EMEA
region.
• Delivering projects with partners including systems integrators, advisory consultancies and supercharged
partners. Built new partner relationships with local SIs and advisory firms to drive business.
• Managing multiple AI deliveries; to identify customers credit risk profile, optimisation of parcel delivery, AWS
Driver Pal for Iveco to mention a few of the AI projects I delivered. Delivered 8 successful AI / ML
