• Completed the $1.4bn + restructuring ofTele Columbus. Built the operating model from the bottom-up utilizing FDD, CDD and historical from the sponsor/company. Analysed HFC, FTTB and FTTH roll-out evolution over time
• Advised multiple defenses & financings ofB2B Software business - Hotelbeds
• Advised Sir Jim Ratcliffe & Ineos on their 25% acquisition of Manchester United for $1.7bn
