Role Description:
Process Lead managing the selection of a new company wide Process Mapping tool to be used enterprise-wide to enable process standardization into one tool. I was responsible for leading the end-to-end (Discovery to Tool Procurement) audit of over 15 software providers including SAP Signavio across criteria such as; product usability, process taxonomy creation and enterprise collaboration. In this role as a Process Lead I also established a tool accreditation scheme within the Crown Estate ensuring that we upskilled over 400 employees to gain required skills in order effectively use the tools and realise the ROI for our technology investment.

Accomplishments:
• Selected and implemented a best-in-class companywide Enterprise Process software to be used by all head office employees, this included the in-depth evaluation of 15 vendors from initial discovery sessions, presenting and influencing key stakeholders through to procurement and service introduction into the enterprise.
• Defined capability roadmaps and conducted business impact assessments against the roadmaps to determine strengths , risks and mitigation plans with key business areas to plan for impact of the new technology.
• Developed communication and engagement presentations for senior stakeholders to ensure software adoption, optimization and successful aftercare.

Role Description:
Contracted by Sony Corporation as a Process Lead within the Process Business Transformation & Change department at PlayStation which serves as the internal consultancy for various process related changes across the organization, within this role I was the PlayStation lead for SAP Signavio deployment with extensive daily use of Process Manager for Supply Chain.

Accomplishments:
• Process Lead for a global upgrade on SAP S/4 Hana Sales Systems across PlayStation, involved the mapping of “As-Is” and “To-be” processes flows working closely with Sales Planning and Supply Chain teams for detailed requirements gathering.
• Conducted process analysis on a landmark project for Sony “PS Direct” which marked the first time ever PlayStation had sold consoles directly to consumer through their website rather than using a vendor.
• Facilitated multiple change workshops across multiple time zones utilizing Design Thinking techniques and creating flows using BPNM 2.0 and ArchiMate based on workshop outputs.
• Provided internal consultation on process tooling product configuration, stakeholder training on using the tool, analytics visualization and process modelling workshops.

Role Description:
As a Strategy Lead within the Operational Resilience department of this specialty commercial insurance company my mandate was to oversee the migration of over 1,300 process flows into their newly acquired process mapping tool “BizzDesign” from Microsoft Visio in preparation for new rules from the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Accomplishments:

• Created process models within the newly selected tool based on numerous sessions with key business stakeholders whilst upskilling them on the tool this required advanced understanding training ability.
• Worked closely with internal Audit to understand which Process flows should be uploaded into the new tool once the business need had been established.
• Led the tool standardization from Microsoft Visio to BizzDesign this included company wide training sessions along with product demonstrations and working closely with service introduction.

Role Description:
Worked as a Process Consultant within the Cloud Advisory team dedicated to providing clients with detailed knowledge on Change Management, Business Operations and Process Improvement across a global team. Sitting within business advisory required developing a detailed understanding of clients change needs communicating to relevant stakeholders including senior management.

Accomplishments:

• Change Manager for a large scale digital transformation programme at the UK Government Department for Work and Pensions (DwP) developed into the SME for process related changes on the program.
• Audited evaluated and screened all major and significant changes within the digital transformation landscape and presenting these results to the change governance board within the IT department.
• Senior Process Lead within Nationwide Building Society for a Cloud contingency plan software which demonstrated the impact on the financial institution on the event of a Cloud provider exit, this required me to work closely with Business and Data analysts and providing findings to management.

● Role Description: As a Management Consultant within the Retail Innovation practice I worked on establishing process frameworks for a major UK retailer in one of the largest changes to consumer data protection in EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) I was also a Project Manager for a companywide migration from BT MeetMe to BlueJeans conferencing software.
● Accomplishments:
• Assessed 530 applications as part of an overarching company wide data initiative in relation to GDPR highlighting and flagging to senior management any applications which posed a threat to compliance with EU data requirements.
• Held workshops with key business areas to understand and mitigate for any changes to the business caused by the update in data regulations.
• Facilitated the company wide roll out of a new internal communications platform as a Project Manager upgrading from the legacy technology enabled the retailer to make significant cost savings.
