Guided organizations through NDAA 889/841 and related acquisition compliance, saving the federal government millions by providing cost-effective access to data and tools that would have required far greater investment in-house. Partnered with defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies to design enterprise risk and compliance frameworks that reduced review times, accelerated onboarding, and improved detection of high-risk vendors, strengthening audit readiness and organizational resilience.

Authored first FBI document approved by Director of CIA for Intelligence Community-wide policy, establishing compliance procedures for joint operations across all USIC agencies. Led interagency operations with CIA, DoD, ODNI, and international partners that produced 400+ intelligence reports and multiple high-level approvals, including direct briefings to the Attorney General.
Developed first permanent FBI-USSOCOM HUMINT partnership, resulting in 25+ joint operations and establishment of framework still used across DoD-FBI collaboration today.
