• Managed the BOM for the entire vehicle except for the engine and transmission assembly
• Served as a technical resource for urgent and unique challenges:
o Co-led a manufacturing issue with a brand-new carbon fiber technology.
 Identified compression molding parameters that were leading to unexpected outcomes causing the manufacturing issues.
o Led a team of technical experts to resolve a hydrogen embrittlement failure on the ATS-V sway bar.
o Tasked by executive leadership to lead the team in resolving 80+ wiring harness issues and mitigating impacts to vehicle development timeline.
o Managed a plastic injection molding issue where I discovered the supplier had used the incorrect grade of aluminum in the tool construction.
o Identified an incorrect datum in GM’s assembly fixture that was causing part fitment issues on the ATS-V stamped steel front fender.
