• Selected transaction experience:
• Structured a $76MM discounted payoff (DPO) and seller-financed acquisition of a 2,200-unit multifamily portfolio (pro forma valuation: $135MM). Designed a cash-neutral closing structure and sourced term sheet to refinance the seller financing; deal ultimately shelved due to strategic misalignment with co-GP.
• Structured a $10MM bridge loan secured by a mixed-collateral pool (117-unit multifamily + $15MM securities portfolio). Deal repriced mid-process following equity market volatility. Revised collateral package materially changed risk profile; economics fell outside my capital partner's mandate.
