Led the development and execution of scalable operations strategies across seven distinct restaurant brands, enabling more effective, efficient, and profitable operating models.
Acted as a strategic thought partner to Chief Brand Officers, Category Presidents, and Commercial Drivers, identifying performance gaps and implementing repeatable, data-driven solutions. Collaborated with Brand VPs of Operations to improve in-store execution, guest satisfaction, and profitability across all service channels, especially commercial drivers such as gift cards, catering, 3PD and 1PD.

• Championed Project Reimagine, a 16-month enterprise-wide transformation of the field support model. Led the creation of specialized field roles, operational routines, performance scorecards, and remote visitation tools. This initiative increased franchisee revenue, strengthened brand execution, and unlocked a projected $160M in annual sales — equivalent to 4.2% of total system sales — while boosting franchisee confidence and accountability.

• Restructured company store field operations, realigning supervisory coverage, simplifying responsibilities, and optimizing support. These changes generated $3.2M in annual labor savings, improved field efficiency, and created a more focused leadership structure to drive frontline performance.

With a team of 18 employees, directed U.S. franchise operations for Church’s Chicken, supporting 900+ franchised restaurants during a period of brand modernization and growth. Developed and executed strategies globally to elevate standards, grow revenue, improve profitability, and build stronger franchisee alignment.

• Led rollout of digital sales channels (3PD, mobile, curbside, catering), generating over $60M incremental EBITDA and driving 10%+ YOY sales growth, while modernizing guest experience and enabling scalable digital expansion.
• Championed Project Blaze, a systemwide store reimage and brand transformation, improving guest perception, traffic, sales, and franchisee engagement.
• Launched OPS 360, a proprietary tech platform that standardized routines, improved field accountability, and protected brand standards—recognized by QSR Magazine as a pandemic-era model for improving operations.
• Drove $15M+ in annual cost savings by optimizing P&L line items—through vendor renegotiation, supply chain efficiencies, and ops simplification—freeing capital for franchise reinvestment.

Held multiple senior roles over a 27-year tenure at Burger King®. As Sr. Director of Global Learning, I led transformational initiatives that elevated operational execution, global brand consistency, and Above Restaurant Leader performance.

I partnered closely with regional and global teams to build scalable training systems and field tools, while ensuring operational alignment and consistency across a vast network of corporate and franchised international markets.

• Spearheaded global rollout of BK® GURU, a highly complex digital learning platform, launched ahead of schedule and under budget. Supported 500K+ unique global learners and earned strong franchisee adoption systemwide.
• Designed and led training for U.S. Field Restructure, enabling rollout of third-party compliance audits and driving improvements in brand standards, food safety, guest satisfaction, and store-level performance.
• Oversaw development of Global Brand Standards Manuals, managing 27 different operating manuals in 9 unique languages.
• Directed global training for all restaurant roles—delivering blended learning programs and interactive toolkits that enabled successful new product launches, operational rollouts, and LTO execution.
• Acted as strategic partner to HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Ops Innovation on initiatives including Restaurant of the Future, mobile ordering, and new equipment testing.
